Aduro was founded by industry veterans Grayson Beck and Demian Backs. They possess over forty years combined laser manufacturing and machine building experience within the medical device arena. With solid technical training in the Toyota Production System at Nummi early in his career, co-founder Beck designed the facility with Lean principals from the start.
